It is so important to get motivated from ‘moment zero’ in the morning and it only takes a couple of seconds to do so once you find your joy reference.
Pick a time, a day, a moment in your life when you felt really happy, when you felt the joy of living running through every vein in your body. For many of us this is when we were kids but not for everyone.
If there isn’t a time you can remember when you were happy, and I’m really sorry, it’s time you created some happiness for yourself, so start today doing something you love that gives you joy.
Once you have referenced that joy moment replay how you felt then throughout your body and live that feeling again, don’t forget to do this, it is all too easy to just get out of bed and get on with the routine stuff without really thinking about how you are feeling. How you feel is important as feelings, like thoughts, send vibrations out to the universe, you are an energetic being vibrating in this world of form, what you think and feel is what you are vibrating out to the rest of the world. This is why it’s important to get it right at the beginning of the day.
We reflect to others how we are feeling, when we walk into a room many of our expressions, postures etc are evidence of our feelings, people can unconsciously pick up on our emotions and can be affected by them just as we can be affected by other peoples’ if we allow it.
During the day you may have ups and downs, that’s normal but keep going back to your joy reference with time it will become easier and you will find yourself more and more. Starting the day with a motivational quote can often give us a great boost.
